Newark Valley Urgent Care at 1906 Tamarack Road, Newark, Ohio.

Came in for Sports Physical for my son. There was a patient that came in that was clearly disabled, and injured at work. The receptionist at the front handed him papers and told him to fill it out. The patient struggled with speech told the receptionist that he could not read or write. The receptionist then raised her voice out of frustration and said "So your telling me you cannot read or write", "You're going to have to just sit over there". The look on the patients face was heart breaking as he hung his head and sat down. The patient looked at us and shrugged his shoulders. Not only was I disgusted how this man was treated, my 13 year old son was disgusted as well. If you are not a people person or lack compassion for people, you probably should not be working in the medical field.
